Privacy Policy

Everydays Tools (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website everydays.tools and related services including Meander (AI voice input for desktop and Android), Moltfi, and Booky. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information across all platforms, including the Meander Android app.

We are committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy applies to all personal information we hold about individuals.

• ·Account information: Name, email address, and profile picture from your Google or GitHub account when you sign in.
• ·Voice data: When you use the voice input feature, your voice recording is sent to our servers for speech-to-text processing. Voice data is deleted immediately after processing and is never stored.
• ·Usage data: Service usage statistics such as word count, credit consumption, and subscription status.
• ·Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• ·Device tokens: Hashed authentication tokens for connected apps. The raw token is never stored.

• ·To process payments and manage subscriptions
• ·To track usage quotas and credit balances
• ·To send transactional emails (OTP codes, billing receipts)
• ·To convert voice recordings to text (processed in real-time, not stored)

Meander operates as a custom Android keyboard. When you use the Meander keyboard for voice input, your voice is processed and converted to text. We do not log, record, or store any text you type in other apps. The keyboard only activates voice processing when you explicitly tap the microphone button.

We use the following third-party services:

• ·Convex — Database and backend infrastructure
• ·Stripe — Payment processing

• ·Resend — Transactional email delivery
• ·Vercel — Website hosting

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@everydays.tools.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:

• ·Access (APP 12): Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• ·Correction (APP 13): Request correction of your personal information if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, or misleading.
• ·Complaints: Lodge a complaint with us, and if unresolved, with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Delete your account: Visit everydays.tools/delete-account or email support@everydays.tools with the subject “Delete Account”. We will process your request within 7 business days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
